The Instructions of certified the outing and incoming Documents

The Ministry of Justice certified all the documents and the deed which are come out or come in the Region, and that's by the Justice and Legal Relation Directorate. We should regard to the conditions to simply certify the documents.
1- For the documents which are come out the Region: a. First it should translate the document by a juror's translator, certified it in the special department after that by the Legal and Justice Relation Directorate. Finally it should certified by the certified department in External Ministry. b. Every document should certify in the related Ministry, for example the documents which are related to the Ministry of Justice should certified in the Ministry of Justice. c. We should put in mind that the Directorate of Relations in the Ministry of Justice certified only the documents which are come out from parts that are in the Kurdistan's Region's sway.
2- For the documents which are come in the Region: a. The Iraqi Embassy should certified the document in the same country which the document come out after that it certified by the External Relations Directorate in the Ministry's Council in the Kurdistan Region finally in the Legal and Justice Relations Directorate in the Ministry of Justice. b. The clients should singe on the proxy in the Embassy, we did not depend on the proxy which is not has signing. c. The document which are come-in the Region should be an original copy, because we did not certify the documents which come by the Email or Fax.
